The Lakeway City Building
Commission (CBC) administers the City Building Code which
governs the construction of all residential and commercial
structures in the city. The CBC meets on the second and
fourth Thursdays of the month to respond to variance
requests, waivers, height applications and other non-routine
matters referred by the City Building and Development
Services Department.

5th Annual Great Goblin Glow - Oct. 16
The 5th Annual Great Goblin
Glow event at Lakeway City Park (502 Hurst Creek Road) is sure
to be a spook-tacular event! Hot air balloons will illuminate
the night sky from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 16th
and children from around the area are invited to trick-or-treat
from the gondolas lined up along the water's edge. Come one,
come all! Don't miss the sight of a lifetime! Attractions
include glitter tattoo artists, balloon twisters, a juggler,
stiltwalker, caramel corn, hot dogs and snowcones. Special guest
band ‘The Loose Wheels’ will perform on stage. Wear your
costume! Flashlights recommended. Another fabulous event brought
to you by the Lakeway Parks & Recreation Department. Call
